Our Spot
Sitting on over 7,500 sq ft of property, this 1950's track house is tucked away in a lovely cul de sac. This home served as a rehearsal spot in the (very) early days of the Beach Boys. Visitors often comment on the mellow, zen vibe they feel here.
Our Vibe
Your hosts, Liz and Brandon, come from a high-end hospitality background. They're easy to work with and do their best to make the location the smoothest part of your project. Ask them about last minute projects, swing shoots and props packages.
Our Ethos
This is prime location- 5 minutes to the beach or the 405, 10 minutes from LAX, and a block from the Metro. There's ample, free parking on the neighborhood streets. Your booking includes parking for a trailer and a car in the driveway with easy access to load directly inside.
